Safe Support Report

Generate a browser support report with real WebGL, WebGPU and first-party storage checks. Preview, copy, download JSON or print with sensitive values redacted.

When a website is not working, send this report to support or a developer. Checks use temporary storage markers and small GPU samples; network and WebRTC observations use the existing probes. There is no score or device-safety verdict.

Safe report preview

The preview is the text you copy. JSON uses the same redacted fields.

Running local checks…

Copied and printed output omits IP addresses, the full User Agent, exact versions, fingerprint hashes, and precise location.

What is included

Parsed browser and OS family, JavaScript, WebGL 1 / 2, a minimal WebGPU computation, storage write/read/cleanup states, and whether a public HTTP address was observed plus the WebRTC comparison state. Failed and unsupported checks remain visible.

What is redacted

IP addresses, full UA, exact versions, screen dimensions, device and GPU identifiers, fingerprint hashes, location, time zone and languages are excluded. Copy, JSON and print use a fixed field allowlist. The report is not automatically uploaded or published at a share URL.

How to use it and its limits

Wait for the checks, review the preview, then copy, download or print. In your ticket, also describe the affected website, steps and error message. The report tests first-party storage only, not third-party cookies, profile isolation or every WebGPU application. An absent public address is not reported as a passed WebRTC comparison.
