Purpose
Browser Check provides informational observations about browser-exposed and request-visible signals. The service is not antivirus software, a professional security audit, a legal compliance assessment, an identity check or a guarantee of anonymity.
Accuracy and availability
Results depend on browser APIs, network policy, privacy defenses and third-party availability. Values can be reduced, spoofed, blocked, stale or approximate. An unavailable test is not a successful test. Verify security-critical decisions with authoritative vendor tools and qualified professionals.
Acceptable use
You may use the site for lawful testing of browser sessions and systems you are authorized to use. Do not use it to harm others, evade security controls, overload the service, probe systems without authorization or misrepresent the results as a certification.
External services and links
Some features contact clearly disclosed services such as a STUN server or an optional map. Guides can link to browser vendors and other external sites. Those services have their own terms, policies and content, which Browser Check does not control.
No warranty
The service is provided as available without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation. To the extent allowed by law, Browser Check is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a result or inability to use the service.
